We don’t charge any fee for Shipping!! It is Free. (Europe location) DHL, Regular Mail. Not all of our goods will be delivered by DHL; since the Shipping is free, we leave right to our company to choose shipping server.
Complaints of the order can be done in 3 days’ time after the delivery, if the damage to the product was not obvious upon delivery!
Unless the buyer is reached, he is notified of delivery inside the mailbox. The buyer can pick up the delivered goods at the post office indicated in the notification of delivery or request a re-delivery.
WARNING! If the package is visibly damaged, or if the protective tape of the delivered goods is violated, apply your complaint directly with the carrier. The contractor bears no responsibility during the transport contractor bears responsibility.
Usual Shipping time is from 3 days to 10 business days. It also depends on the country where the ordered goods are shipped. In the case of global shipping, the delivery time may exceed 10 days.
(In case if there is no selected item on stock, you will be informed by our operator and offered to wait another 5 business days or full refund for selected and bought items)
Complaints: We are trying to keep contact with our customers and our operators are there to service you and solve any problems that may happen during the time of payment and time when goodies come to your address. In case of shipping delay (longer then term mentioned above please inform us by email or in PayPal massage if you pay by PayPal) If by accident you received product different from ordered please do not hesitate to inform us. In both issues, if you are not willing to wait for reshipping we offer you full refund. In case of product different from the one you ordered, our courier would pick it up from you and replace it with ordered product (with a good discount.)
